TC34 THERMOCOMPRESSOR

Industrial plants usually release large amounts of low-pressure steam containing thermal energy into the atmosphere, wasting energy, water, and water treatment chemicals. Therefore, recovering and reusing this valuable thermal energy from production systems is one of the best opportunities to reduce fuel costs, increase energy efficiency in the plant, and lower production costs. Low-pressure energy sources can be reused in hot water production, vaporization, distillation, and vacuum processes. If the pressure of the energy source is too low for the desired application, TC34 thermocompression can be used to increase the pressure and temperature of the steam to the required level.

Operating principle

The TC34 thermocompressor operates based on thermodynamic and physical principles. Motive steam enters the nozzle, creating high velocity as the fluid. High velocity fluid then mix with suction low pressure. This fluid mixture then passes through a diffuser, converting the high-velocity fluid to a suitable low-pressure fluid for reuse.

Recovery potential

The TC34 thermocompressor recovery thermal energy at low pressure, available high-pressure steam using motive pressure, create intermediate pressure available demand for use

The potential for recovering thermal energy at low pressure can be determined:

   - Flow rate and pressure of thermal energy at low pressure

   - Flowrate and pressure of motive fluid

   - Intermediate pressure

   - The system energy recovery energy to use

   - Energy recovery for year and investment cost
