PMPC Condensate Pump

Watson McDaniel’s PMPC condensate pump features a steam, gas-pressure-operated mechanical pump mechanism (requiring no electricity) and a robust ductile iron body. Capable of continuously transferring or pumping condensate even under low-pressure, vacuum, or long-distance conditions it is an optimal solution for condensate recovery, evaporation systems, heat exchangers, and high-volume condensate loads.

PMPC Series Features:

Durable Construction: The pump body and cover are constructed from high-quality ductile iron (ASTM A-395). Internal components, including dual Inconel-X-750 compression springs and stainless steel parts, are paired with hardened, wear-resistant valve mechanisms to ensure high mechanical strength and impact resistance in heavy-duty industrial environments.

Continuous Condensate Pumping and Discharge: The design combines a float mechanism with a responsive mechanical pump action and "Snap-Assure" technology. This ensures continuous, uninterrupted condensate discharge as soon as the chamber fills, optimizing thermal efficiency and preventing waterlogging or system flooding.

Advanced Automatic Venting and Pressure Regulation: Integrated vent valves and dynamic inlet/outlet ports allow for rapid non-condensable gas venting during system startup and efficient pump cycle regulation when facing backpressure from the return line.

Flexible Pressure and Temperature Ratings: The unit accommodates motive pressures (using steam, compressed air, or inert gas) of up to 200 PSIG and withstands high operating temperatures, making it suitable for various boiler pressure ratings and condensate recovery systems.

Maintenance-Friendly Design: All moving parts and internal components feature a modular design, allowing technicians to easily disassemble, repair, or replace parts without complex interventions in the piping system.

Versatile Connections and Mounting: Flexible connection port designs available in standard threaded or flanged sizes ranging from small to large (1"x1" to 3"x2") facilitate easy integration, upgrades, and replacement within existing plant piping systems.
